I hate that. I had to work OT once, 32 hours straight…I went home and came in late the next day, I wanted someone to make a comment to me. I was ready to rumble.
Similarly, I had a 1/2 day after a long weekend, I came in to fall into a problem that had me at the office past midnight. I left a cold email message to my boss and others letting them know I would be taking another 1/2 day the following day to get the one I was owed. Again, no one was dumb enough to scold me on it. GRRRR!
