Bitter Girl Bartender has one of the best blogs on the interwebnets. It’s nothing spazzy. No crazy html or flash or anything like that. No blogrolls, or webrings, or blogrings, or stat counters or anything like that. It’s just a straight-up blog about bartending.
And the writing is great! Bitter Girl consistently checks in with some of the funniest and/or most horrific work related stories I’ve seen, and they’re always a hoot.
Bitter Girl, I apologize for using the term, “a hoot” to describe your blog.
To make matters even nicer, Bitter Girl has offered advice in the past about some liquor related posts I had up. She’s also suggested a few drink recipes I hadn’t tried before but found to be quite tasty.
I know she’s in San Francisco, and if I’m ever out that way I’m going to see if she’ll reveal to me the secret location of her secret bar so I can check out for myself the action that she so dutifully describes.

BTW, I really enjoy your site as well (all brown-nosing aside).
You and bitter actually helped inspire me to get crackin’ on a blog of my own. Its a little less… easy to define than the aforementioned (frankly, I’m not sure what the overall theme is supposed to be) but its nice to have a voice.
